Cancellations and Refunds

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• You have not completed verification onboarding, OR
• You are dissatisfied with the service within 7 days of payment

Refund Processing

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, the Early Access fee becomes non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Important Note

If you request and receive a refund, you will forfeit your Early Access status and any associated benefits. These benefits cannot be restored after a refund is processed.
